The Brazilian Institute of Sea Law is pleased to announce the list of drafts approved for presentation during the IX IBDMar Congress, which will take place on October 2 and 3, 2025, at the Institute of Marine Sciences (Labomar/UFC), in Fortaleza/CE.
The thematic diversity of the selected papers reflects the vitality of research in the Law of the Sea and reaffirms the commitment of the academic community to address the challenges related to climate change, protection of the marine environment and regulation of the use of the sea.
The authors will receive instructions by email regarding the confirmation of the presentation modality (in person or online).
